1.1 Background of the Study

Rural tourism has been identified as a vital tool for economic diversification and community development, especially in regions like Biu Local Government Area in Borno State, which boasts picturesque landscapes, cultural festivals, and historical landmarks. Through visually compelling images, photography has the potential to showcase these attractions to a broader audience, enticing both domestic and international tourists.
